Status 1 Sports is a network of Coaches, Fitness, and Health Professionals assisting athletes in reaching their optimal potential.
History:Status 1 Sports was founded in 2008 by Coach Tony, a former Collegiate & H.S. Coach with over 35 years of experience in fitness and coaching. Coach Tony’s success as a head coach includes Basketball, Football, Strength & Conditioning, and Track & Field at various levels, winning multiple championships and assisting athletes in playing at the next level. However, one of Coach Tony's more humbling accomplishments is witnessing his former athletes coaching and mentoring others; he calls it "The Pendulum Effect."
