Status 1 Sports implements year-round or seasonal training programs that cater to the needs of each INDIVIDUAL and TEAM competing at the Middle School, High School, and Collegiate Levels. We will pinpoint strengths and imbalances to implement the right program through testing, assessing, and filming practices and competitions to see the natural movements of athletes.
